We provided servicing for two (13m x 6m) acoustic movable walls in Austin Pearce Lecture Theatre. This lecture theatre belongs to the University of Surrey, in Guilford. Our aim was to work quickly, efficiently and with the least possible disruption to the students and staff within the University.
Project Details:
- We used fully qualified engineers to identify any faults with the movable walls.
- Common issues with acoustic movable walls include;
- The panels being difficult to manoeuvre, Track and roller system ware, Door misalignment, Acoustic performance drops etc.
- We carried out some re-alignment of the track as some of the fixings had worn out.
- We ensured that all faults found on the acoustic movable walls were fixed and restored to original working condition.
- We carried out our health and safety checks before completing the project.
