Following an initial service with this folding wall we identified that the bottom track and rollers were worn causing the wall to be difficult to open and close. This particular wall is used every day either to open (stack) to create a large meeting room or closed to create two sperate rooms. This gives the customer maximum flexibility and increased revenue to be able to multi-let their conference facility, so important that the folding wall operates correctly at all times.

All of the panels were removed to allow the replacement of all of the bottom rollers and top guides. We also replaced the seal mechanism on 1 panel which did not work leaving a gap in the system where noise could travel through into the adjoining room.

Then all of the floor track was replaced and levelled to ensure the smooth transition of the panels. Now with all of the components changed the panels were rehung, realigned, tested the and locking.
